We’re delighted to welcome Andy Barnett to Concord as our new Service Contracts Engineer.

Andy joins our BMS Servicing and Small Works team at the Hagley Head Office, where he will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. His role will see him managing service contracts, providing maintenance and support on Building Management Systems, and working closely with clients to build strong and lasting relationships.

Andy brings strong technical knowledge as well as a methodical approach to problem-solving. He’ll be helping clients identify system improvements, upgrades and efficiencies, while ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed specification.

Beyond his electrical, technical and project management skills, Andy is known for being highly organised, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. His ability to work both independently and collaboratively makes him a great fit for Concord’s dynamic and supportive environment.

Outside of the day-to-day, Andy is looking forward to developing his career further within Concord, with opportunities for continued training and professional growth.
