We are pleased to welcome Paul Beresford to the business, who joins us as a Service and Small Works Engineer based out of our Hagley head office.

Paul will be working within our BMS Service and Small Works team, supporting clients across a range of sites throughout the UK. His role will involve delivering small works projects, providing service and maintenance support, and ensuring Building Management Systems continue to operate reliably and efficiently.

With hands-on experience working with BMS platforms such as Trend systems, Paul will be involved in fault diagnosis, system improvements and upgrade recommendations. He will also support our remote Helpdesk function, applying a logical and methodical approach to investigating issues and implementing effective solutions.

A key part of Paul’s position will be managing client-facing activities, from attending site meetings to maintaining strong working relationships with both existing and new customers. He will also be responsible for preparing job-specific documentation, including RAMs, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Paul is highly organised, technically capable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team. His professional attitude, attention to detail and customer-focused approach make him a strong addition to our service operation.
