We’re delighted to welcome Gary Marcus to the Concord Environmental Technologies team as our newest Field-Based Service & Small Works Engineer, covering London and the Home Counties.

Gary brings strong expertise in BMS (Building Management Systems), with hands-on experience in Trend IQ2–IQ5 control systems, and is looking forward to broadening his skills with Distech and Tridium platforms. In his role, Gary will be delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and commissioning support to our clients, keeping systems performing at their best.

Based in the London area, Gary will be supporting sites across the city and surrounding counties, bringing his technical know-how, fault-finding skills, and proactive approach to identifying system upgrades and performance improvements.

With a reputation for excellent customer service, clear communication, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude, Gary is a great addition to our busy and collaborative team.
